Home: This room has two single beds and a private bathroom and it is located in a large flat (90sqm) in an immaculate resort in the Gold Coat city: The Diamond Beach Resort. It is a tidy, quiet, clean, cosy and a comfortable area to call your home. The flat is fully furnished and air-conditioned (see attached photos). You only will need your personal belongings. Plenty on-street car parks are available. The resort’s magnificent environment includes two large pools (one heated), two spas (one covered), two kid pools and a large BBQ area in the middle of water all surrounded by palm trees and sunbathing chairs. Short-term (two months) is possible and you can extend if you like it
Area: 30 metres to Pratten park; 40 meters walk to the ocean; 400m walk to the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre; 800m walk to Oasis Shopping Centre and all the cafes, bars and restaurants in the heart of Broadbreach
Transport: The Gold Coast Trams run from the Broadbeach South station (400m walk) and stop at Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Southport, Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital, Parkwood, and the Helensvale Station (you can switch to the intercity train for Brisbane at this station). Also, a direct bus is available at the Broadbeach South station to the Bond University (750), Coolangatta Airport (777), Nerang Station (745) and other suburbs
You will share this flat only with me: Single; 34yld; male; non-smoker, no pets; PhD in Engineering. I am sessional staff at Griffith University and I am not home 9am to 5pm weekdays. I am pretty clean; a very good cook; mature; easy going; respect your privacy; caring; like making new friends; travelling; going to nature; picnic and BBQ parties; I like a beer or two on weekend and some chats. I do beach walking and swimming and I used to play beach volleyball which I am always available for that:)
About you: I expect you to be clean, punctual about your rental payments, take the responsibility of cleaning your private area and help me doing the shared area. The room is ideally furnished for two non-couple friends who can share
