Mental Health Day was a huge success this year, held Tuesday 28 March. We offered students a free consult with a nutritionist, handed out reusable shopping bags and a food market stall for you to load up on fresh fruit and veggies, and provided information about the benefits of good nutrition – Eat well. Be well.
