Everyone is welcome at Big AMP, and we prioritise making the event inclusive for all. If you have any accessibility requirements or questions please reach out to us at guildinfo@griffith.edu.au so we can have a chat. Below you’ll find some things that may be helpful to know before you arrive.
Inside The Festival
The event space is a grassed area that is mostly flat, there is a small chance it could become a little muddy if it’s raining but otherwise it’s pretty smooth terrain. There is wheelchair access and accessible toilets onsite, stay tuned for a map with the details coming soon.
Chill Out Zone
There’s a chill out zone to take a load off, rest or unwind throughout the day for anyone that needs a break in between the action.
Noise
As this is an arts, music and performance event there will be loud noise. We have earplugs available for free at the Info Tent to help with noise reduction.
Support Animals
If you’d like to bring an assistant animal onsite please let us know in advance and email us guildinfo@griffith.edu.au
Complimentary Companion Tickets
Holders of a National or State issued Companion Card may request a free Companion Ticket to attend with a person with a disability. To arrange this please email guildinfo@griffith.edu.au with a copy of the companion card and details of your companion.
Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Our catering includes vegan, dairy free, gluten free and halal options. The drinks package includes non-alcoholic options. Please share any dietary requirements when registering for your ticket. If you have any allergies or queries about food and drink options please get in touch via guildinfo@griffith.edu.au
Medical
Medical personnel will be available onsite at the medical tent.
