48 Hours minimum notice required before items are requested.
Items are to be picked by Venue Manager and collected at the time they are requested from the Foyer of the Function, or desired location of the Venue Manager.
All Items are to be signed off from loanee and Venue Manager upon receipt of items.
All items are to be returned to original collection point and must be signed back in by the Venue Manage or Uni Bar employee.
If Items are required longer than the original loan period, the loanee must notify the Venue Manager by COB via email to request an extension.
Loaned items must be returned in the same manner that they are received.
Any Loss, Damage misuse or neglect of hired items may incur either a replacement or cleaning fee charged to the loanees department.
Items not available for hire – Terrace and Bar Furniture, Function centre chairs
