By the end of this series you will explore your own strengths and values whilst learning to turn perceived challenges into opportunities by building resilience and self-awareness. Please note the live recordings below have been condensed to suit viewing on demand.

1. Reflect. Rest. Reset.

This workshop explores the concept of ‘The Third Space’ and will help you discover how to use life’s little transitions to find balance and happiness.

This workshop will explore:

  • Acting with purpose and acknowledging ‘why’?
  • Being mindful and present in the different areas of your life

2. Finding your reason for being

This workshop will explore:

  • What you love (your passion)
  • What the world needs (your mission)
  • What you are good at (your vocation)

What are the key incidents that have shaped your life so far? This session will promote a strengths-based approach by acknowledging the past and turning negatives into a positive. We must connect with our story from our past, to check into the now with greater purpose, so that we can be the best we can be in the future.

This workshop will explore:

  • Self-awareness and building confidence through taking ownership of your story
  • Preparing for interviews and sharing in social and professional settings
  • Establishing a set of values that help to keep you resilient and capable in any situation

4. What is your character and value set?

Join us for a wellness session dedicated to exploring your character and defining a set of values that will help you navigate through uncertain times.

This workshop will explore:

  • The importance of playing to your strengths and developing ‘strengths to be’
  • Defining your personal values
  • Exploration of character

5. Your thoughts control your destiny

This session will provide you with the tools needed to develop a positive mindset. By controlling your mind, your character can guide you through stressful and uncertain times such as preparing for exams, entering the workforce and overcoming difficult obstacles in your life.

This workshop will explore:

  • Thoughts become your words
  • Words become your actions
  • Actions become your habits
  • Habits build or take away from your character
