Want that one-on-one personal training experience but can’t afford it? Small group personal training is the answer! Get an unlimited number of sessions per week, a customised training program, ongoing nutrition advice and body measurements. Small group personal training is an excellent way to test your limits, achieve your goals, and have fun while doing so in a small group.
