Project YOU is an 8 week program designed to help you build confidence, strength and knowledge.
What does the program include?
- 15 spot maximum
- 8 week training outline
- Skinfold measurements (bookings required)
- Strength testing (to be completed in pairs)

How much does it cost?
$230 or $29 per week for 8 weeks (via direct debit).
