Project YOU is an 8 week program designed to help you build confidence, strength and knowledge. 

What does the program include?

  • 15 spot maximum
  • 8 week training outline
  • Skinfold measurements (bookings required)
  • Strength testing (to be completed in pairs)

How much does it cost?

$230 or $29 per week for 8 weeks (via direct debit).
