The Student Guild is here to encourage healthy and active initiatives. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey, looking for free workouts on campus or want to try a new form of physical activity, we have the program for you!

Active Living

An opportunity for students to try out our facilities before buying a membership.

Test out our gym, pool, and track for free every Friday during staffed hours. Fridays 7am – 5pm (excluding public holidays)

A weekly event, where you can combine fitness with rewards! Get your body moving or push yourself to challenge the leader board.

After you give it your all, you get a free coffee voucher as a reward!

Looking for a fun, free and supportive way to stay active and meet new people? The Run Club is open to everyone, no matter your fitness level or running experience. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned runner, we’ve got you covered!

Reset Space
@ The Wellness Studio

The Reset Space is a Wellbeing service open to all students during staffed hours. Designed to support rest and regulation, it offers a place to unwind, stretch, breathe, and enjoy quiet activities such as journaling or colouring, all within the calming environment of the Wellness Studio. Make sure you check in at reception before entering.

Open Mon-Fri from 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm.

Take a break from your day and reset with Lunchtime Yoga at the Wellness Studio in Uni Fitness (G07).

This free weekly class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, making it the perfect way to move, breathe, and recharge on your lunch break. Open to all students — members and non-members welcome.
