REACH
Have you ever wanted to better understand yourself and unlock your full potential?
REACH is a free 4 week program designed to help you build a greater self-awareness and learn the skills you need to thrive in all aspects of your life. This program will equip you with tools you can draw on at anytime and self-coaching skills you can fall back on when challenges arise. When you sign-up to REACH, you’ll be joining a peer community designed to support and connect you with like-minded people. Weekly workshops are run in a supportive environment with a maximum of 40 people and members of our Peer Support team will touch base weekly to help keep you on track as you REACH for your best self.
Program overview
Did you know that those who self-coach have an easier time problem solving, a greater self-confidence, a more positive mindset and a heightened self awareness?
Our first workshop will walk you through the basics of self-coaching and equip you with tools like the GROW model, the 5 second rule and daily intentions.
As part of our program, you will receive a 28-day REACH journal which contains quality questions and activities to assist with creating habitual change.
Do you have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset?
Our second workshop compares these two ways of thinking and unpacks the benefits of nurturing positive thought patterns and embracing change. This workshop will help you identify if you have above the line or below the line thinking and provide you with tools to develop a positive mindset.
Walkaway from this workshop with a better focus and clear understanding of how to reach your goals.
What are boundaries and why do we have them?
Setting boundaries can produce a range of benefits for yourself including a greater self esteem, a clear understanding of your values and belief systems, a sense of independence and enhance emotional wellbeing.
In our third workshop, you’ll learn how to identify your strengths, understand your values and develop boundaries that support your self-care, performance and overall wellbeing.
What does self-care really mean?
This final workshop will guide you through a range of activities that’ll help you explore different self-care concepts including the mind-body connection, nutrition and identifying what fills your cup.
As part of this workshop you will create your very own Student Wellbeing Plan, a tool designed to help keep you focused on creating your best self.
