Request Form for Cleaning and Maintenance Officer

Please submit requests at least 1 week prior to request date. Please note that the Cleaning and Maintenace Officer's work hours are Monday from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm and Tuesday - Friday from 7.00 am to 3.00pm. If you require him outside these hours, it may involve extra time in processing and confirming the request.
