Healthier Mornings
Join other students in physical activity and collect a free well-balanced breakfast to start your day off well! Jump into a free PT run group exercise class, a game of tennis or have a go at beach volleyball.
Thursdays 8.00am - 10.00am at The Pavilion (G32), weeks 1-12.
Increase your flexibility, tone, and strengthen your muscles during this instructor led class by the bridge (G19). Partnered with the Yoga and Meditation club, this session involves 50 minutes of yoga followed by a Wellness Warrior led meditation and social event with light refreshments provided.
Get access to all of our GUGC sporting facilities on the one day. Whether you are looking to run around the track or see what our gyms look like, free facility day has you covered. *Sign in at the Aquatic Centre or UniFitness (G07) before you use the facilities between the hours of 7.00 am and 5.00 pm.
