R U OK? Day is a national day of action in September. It is a day to remind people to ask family, friends, peers and colleagues the question, “R U OK?”, in a meaningful way. The purpose of this event is to meaningfully connect with people and support anyone who may be struggling.

Keep In Touch

ThisĀ  social touch football event is being run as a follow up to R U Ok? Day. The aim is to encourage students to Keep in Touch by simply communicating with one another, offering support to those they see struggling, de-stress and increase your endorphins through exercise. Sometimes making a positive impact on someone else’s life can be as simple as being a good friend and great listener.
