Take a break from your studies and join us for a rejuvenating Mindful Walk, organised by GCAP. This event is designed to help you relax, recharge, and connect with nature and fellow students.

During the walk, we’ll practice mindfulness techniques that promote mental well-being and stress relief. It’s a wonderful opportunity to clear your mind, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and meet other postgraduate students in a serene setting.
