Build the skills and confidence to support someone experiencing a mental health challenge with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training.
This nationally recognised program equips you to recognise early warning signs of mental health challenges and provide initial, compassionate support until professional help is accessed. You’ll learn how to start supportive conversations, respond in real-life situations, and help create a safer, more supportive campus community.
