Event Series: Wellbeing Wednesday

Wellbeing Wednesday is a fortnightly drop-in event that explores different aspects of mental, physical, and social wellbeing each time.

Week 4 (5 August): Snack Smart
Discover quick, nutritious snack ideas and enjoy a free healthy treat to fuel your energy, focus, and study sessions.

Week 6 (26 August): Air Bike Challenge
Drop in, get moving, and challenge yourself with a fun movement competition.

Week 8 (9 September): Move & Recover
Helps students relieve stress and support their physical well-being through free massages, interactive movement challenges, hydration support, and practical stretch and recovery tips they can use throughout the trimester.

Week 10 (23 September): Pats & Chats
This relaxed, interactive station lets students pop in and out, slow down, connect with puppies and unwind.
