Hop on the air bike, challenge yourself and see how you stack up against other students.
Week 8 (9 September): Move & Recover
Recharge with free massages, interactive movement challenges, hydration support, and practical stretch and recovery tips you can use throughout the trimester.
Week 10 (23 September): Pats & Chats
Slow down, connect with adorable puppies and take a well-earned break from the day.
