Curious about what life in medicine is really like?
Join us for a dynamic and engaging 2-hour mentorship and networking event designed for anyone interested in exploring medical careers, whether you’re a medical student, someone trying to get in, or simply curious about the field.
This event brings together a diverse group of doctors from a wide range of specialties, offering honest, real-world insights into their day-to-day work, career journeys, challenges, and rewards. Rather than focusing on how to get into medicine or specific training pathways, this is an opportunity to better understand what working in a specific medical field actually looks and feels like. Life advice also comes free!
The evening will begin with a 60-minute panel discussion featuring 8 clinicians across different specialties. Attendees can ask their own questions to the panel, where they can gain practical perspectives on career progression, work-life balance, and the realities of clinical practice.
Following the panel, there will be some canapes and a 60-minute networking session which will give you the chance to connect directly with the doctors in small groups. This rotating format ensures you’ll have meaningful conversations with multiple clinicians, the ability to ask freestyle questions, and gain personalised insights in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether you’re considering a future in healthcare or simply want to learn more about the profession, this event offers a unique opportunity to engage, ask questions, and hear authentic stories from those working in medicine today.
