Take a break from your day with Yoga Flow, a free weekly class designed to help you move, stretch and recharge.

Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or you’ve been practising for years, the class is designed to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Uni Fitness members and student non-members are all welcome.

Date: Every Tuesday, Weeks 1–12 (excluding public holidays)
Time: 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm
