  • Deceased estate administration – obtaining probate, how to be an executor, rights as a beneficiary
  • Trust disputes and administration
  • Advice on superannuation
  • Applications to the Guardianship and Administration Tribunal
  • Accidents involving public places
  • Accidents involving cyclists, motor vehicles, and other road-users
  • Accidents involving medical staff, procedures, and medical institutions such as hospitals
  • Accidents involving work and workplace safety

If you have an issue that you would like to confidentially discuss for free and you believe it falls into one of the outlined areas please click the button above.

Once filled out and completed you will receive an email from a lawyer within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) giving you the chance to reply with any questions or concerns.
