Lockers
Stash your books or laptop and save hauling them around campus. Lockers are located at the safe and secure locations listed below and are available for hire. Simply visit the Student Guild, The Link (G07) to complete a hire application form, make your payment and collect your key/lock combination.
General lockers
$15 per trimester ($50 refundable deposit)

Need to save time?
Click here to print out a hire form and bring your completed copy along with you to the Student Guild (G07) .
- You must use the lock provided. Any foreign locks will be removed.
- To terminate use of the locker, ensure all belongings are emptied from your locker and return the lock/ key to the Student Guild no later than the agreed date (specified below). Once the lock/key is returned your deposit will be refunded. If the lock/ key is not returned by this date your deposit will be forfeited.
- Hire options are $15.00 per trimester hire fee. Expiry dates for each trimester will be the Friday of week 2 exams.
- Early Termination of Locker – You may terminate the hire of your locker at any stage by returning the lock/ key to the Student Guild prior to the agreed expiry date. Ensure all your belongings are emptied from the locker. Once the lock/key is returned, your deposit will be returned. You will lose the unused portion of your hire fee.
- Lost keys/ locks – Subject to replacements costs. The deposit may be forfeited or a replacement cost charged. This is dependent on the type of lock/key. Bike locker keys incur a maximum replacement cost.
- The Student Guild is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of property. Your belongings remain your responsibility and are left at your own risk.
