Group fitness classes are a great way to spice up your traditional gym routine. We offer a wide variety of classes run by qualified instructors, so you’ll never get bored. Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness – from beginner to advanced.

Barbell
This is the ideal class for shaping and toning. In this high-rep, low-weight workout, you'll use barbells. Gain strength and confidence with the barbell while being guided by our instructor.
Boxing
Learn the fundamentals of boxing while improving your fitness and speed. Hook, jab, and uppercut your way through a variety of circuit-style stations
Yoga
Work out your mind, body, and soul. This class is ideal for participants who want to relieve stress and stretch out tired muscles. A great way to improve your flexibility while also relaxing. Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Gym 101
Gym 101 is an educational and physical session ideal for both beginners and advanced lifters that teaches the basics of weight training and programming. The sessions are designed to teach participants the key components of a variety of movements, exercises, and programming concepts so that they can be confidently and safely executed in the gym. Following the educational component, each session will finish with a challenging workout incorporating the new concepts learned.
Strength Technique
Strength Technique class is not only educational, they are physical, challenging and Fun. The sessions are designed to teach participants the components of a variety of key movements including squatting, bending, pulling and pushing so that they can be confidently and safely executed in the gym. Sessions are ideal for both beginners and advanced lifters.
